Financial Controller
The position:
The successful candidate will have a hands-on personal leadership style that establishes a collaborative and inclusive management approach. He/She will have the experience, intelligence and gravitas to make tough decisions and achieve results at all levels of the organization on a timely basis. He/She must a lead by example attitude and the ability to work in an environment with multiple internal customers. He/She must be a team player and have strong skills in management control area, making budget, costs and deviations analysis, forecast and business plan definition.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee all financial operations
• Accounting and financial reporting knowledge and experience
• Forecasting, budgeting, general accounting, treasury, financial reporting
• Supervises financial departments
• Communicate with CFO regularly
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or related major
• 3 years relevant experience a must
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
